Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Bea Brücker (hereinafter referred to as “the provider”) and clients regarding mentoring, consulting, and workshop services in the areas of portfolio development, application preparation, artistic positioning, and related creative fields.

Any deviating terms from the client shall not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Services

The provider offers individual mentoring and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • portfolio and application development

  • preparation for art and design school applications

  • artistic and creative positioning

  • project and concept development

  • workshops and lectures (online or in person)

The exact scope of services is agreed individually.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed through:

  1. A request by the client (e.g. via email), and

  2. Written confirmation by the provider (e.g. appointment or package confirmation)

4. Prices and Payment

The prices listed on the website at the time of booking apply.

Payment is made via bank transfer or by individual agreement.

  • Single sessions are payable before or after the session unless otherwise agreed

  • Package offers are paid either in advance or in agreed instalments

  • The provider may require payment before the service is delivered

5. Appointments, Cancellation and No-Show Policy

5.1 Single Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or no-shows will be charged in full.

5.2 Packages

Package bookings constitute a binding agreement for a defined set of services.

Missed sessions expire if they are not cancelled in time.

Refunds for booked packages are generally excluded.

6. Performance and No Guarantee of Success

The provider delivers professional mentoring and consulting services with care.

No specific success (e.g. admission to a university or career outcome) is guaranteed.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.

No liability is accepted for decisions made by clients based on the consulting services provided.

8. Service Delivery

Services may be provided online or in person (e.g. in Berlin), depending on the agreement.

Clients are responsible for the necessary technical requirements (internet access, software, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, and content created by the provider remain the intellectual property of the provider unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Any distribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies.
